Eugenia Lai was born and raised in Hong Kong and lives in New York, where she works on independent projects in visual arts and moving images. Her writing has appeared in publications such as Spike Art Magazine and Screen Slate. From 1997 to 2004, she was associate director at David Zwirner where she worked closely with Marcel Dzama.
