On the occasion of the art center's 40th anniversary, La Criée is partnering with Rennes-based artists Léa Bénétou, Fanny Martel, and Yann Baïzid to create a new game called Rejouer La Criée. The game draws on the art center's archives, specifically a selection of 40 works produced by La Criée since 1986.

About

The aim of the game is to create an exhibition using decorative elements and miniature artworks by answering questions about the artworks and artists on display. The game will be available in both board game and digital versions.

The publication is planned for June 2026 and will be accessible to all at La Criée's anniversary exhibition. It will also be presented in educational, social, and medical institutions as part of outreach activities.

Test runs are planned for March with students from the IUT Carrières sociales at the University of Rennes 1 and pupils from the Clémenceau elementary school.
