La maitrise du temps is a collective exhibition, thought by students of 1eraBac Pro Technicien Menuier Agenceur du Lycée Professionnel Alphonse Pellé, en partnership with La Criée centre d'art contemporain. It is part of the framework of an educational project on artistic and cultural education led by the class related to the 40th anniversary of La Criée.

La maitrise du temps includes 4 video and digital works produced or exhibited by the art centre. It revolves around a question that is now pregnant, the rhythms and rhythms of our modern life and the appropriation of time. Whether chosen, suffered or conquered, time is at the heart of this exhibition. Today, our contemporary existences seem to be won by a true frenzy. Acceleration and speed have become the watchwords of our time. They impact all continents and society as a whole. Nothing or nobody escapes. Man and the world have become in a hurry. When daily necessities and cadences are necessary, when the technique is it still possible to control a part of our time?
